Lecture notes, 1922-1923.

Consists of two volumes featuring class notes and drawings of architectural details, motif, and ornament in historic styles. The first volume was for a class in "The Evolution of Ornamental Motives," taught by Huger Elliot. Pencil sketches primarily related to architectural details, but a full range of decorative arts objects were represented in the lectures as well as design sources. The second volume was for a class on interior decoration taught by a Mr. Warwick. Included are numerous drawings of furniture from periods raning from the Tudor and Jacobean to Chippendale, Sheraton, and Hepplewhite.
